Move often
Principle number 3 is move often.
Our brain determines how we move the body and our body provides feedback to the brain about the movements we are performing and the environment we find ourselves immersed. Movement is the conduit by which our brain can explore the world! The more skilled and capable we are at moving, the more we can do. And we build skill and capacity for movement by moving our bodies regularly, under a variety of different challenges. I try to make the movement training side of Remedy as practical and relevant to life as possible whilst keeping it fun and playful. Forget move it or lose it, let's use it and improve it! |
